Security
Automatic doesn't mean uncontrolled.
Pipeflow checks every post. And you have the final say.
Three levels.
- 1
Your website
Pipeflow takes topics and colours from your website and from what you enter yourself.
- 2
The check
Before every publication, Pipeflow checks for words that should never appear and for information that must always be included. On top of that comes a fixed limit: at most one post per channel per day.
- 3
Your approval
Every post waits for your OK. If you want, you can switch off approval and everything runs fully automatically.
Who sees what.
No social media passwords
You connect Instagram and LinkedIn through their official authorisation dialogs. We never see your passwords.
Can be revoked at any time
You can revoke access at any time in the settings of your Instagram or LinkedIn account.
Registration
You sign in with your Google or Microsoft account.
Photos with people
For photos with people, Pipeflow asks whether consent has been given before the image is used.
Questions about security.
Does automatic posting break the platform rules?
Not if it runs through the interfaces provided for it. That is exactly what Pipeflow uses, with your own account.
Can the AI make things up?
Yes, AI can make mistakes. That's why every post waits for your OK, and you can change it beforehand.
Who is responsible for a post?
You, as the account holder. That's why approval stays on until you switch it off yourself.
A post was wrong. What now?
Delete it directly on Instagram or LinkedIn. If a word should never appear again, it goes on the list of banned words.
Can I stop everything?
Yes. You can pause Pipeflow at any time.
Try it with your website.
Pilot phase: free to try. Nothing is published until you approve it.
