Pipeflow

Making psychotherapy accessible without crossing boundaries.

Pipeflow reads your psychotherapy practice website and plans careful posts about process, framework and how to reach you, which you check before anything is published.

The roomPipeflow Psychotherapy

This is the room where our conversations take place. It's quiet, and what's said here stays here.

Why it usually gets left undone.

The hurdle of the first call

Many people don't know how a first consultation works or what it costs. That uncertainty holds them back.

Utmost confidentiality

Client stories, quotes from sessions or success stories are completely off limits. That makes social media difficult.

No capacity for enquiries

Often every place is taken. Even so, people should find out where else they can get help.

Where the topics come from.

From the framework

First consultation, session length, cancellation rules, confidentiality: people who know the framework are more likely to take the step.

From the practice

The room, the armchairs, the waiting area: calm images that show where the conversation takes place.

From the support network

Helplines, crisis services, counselling centres: where to find help when it's urgent or no place is free.

    Confidentiality explained

Short and clear: what confidentiality means.

    Example
Everything you share in therapy is confidential. That's not just a promise, it's a legal duty.

    When it's urgent

A pointer to helplines and crisis services. One of the most important posts of all.

    Example
If you're in an acute crisis, don't wait for an appointment. The crisis helpline is available around the clock, and if you're in danger, call the emergency number.

    How I work

Describe your own method in simple words, without promising effects.

    Example
I work in a particular therapeutic approach, which I explain on my website. I'm happy to tell you more about it in the first consultation.

How Pipeflow helps.

From your website

Pipeflow reads what you offer and plans posts from it. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.

With images

Photos from your website, your own photos, AI images or text tiles in your colours.

FAQ.

What am I allowed to post as a psychotherapist?

Factual information about your framework, method, qualifications and how to reach you is common. Follow professional rules and the code of conduct for psychotherapy: no promises of cures, no client cases or quotes, no before-and-after portrayals.

Does Pipeflow answer messages from people seeking help?

No. Pipeflow only publishes planned posts and doesn't reply to comments or messages. It's best to state in your profile how people can reach you and where to get immediate help in a crisis.

Can I control the tone of the posts?

Yes. You edit posts, have them rewritten and give feedback like “too casual” or “too salesy”. Pipeflow turns that into rules on what to prefer and what to avoid.

What does Pipeflow cost?

Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.
