Good care needs good teams.

We're looking for an early years educator for our kindergarten group. You can expect a small team, fixed preparation time and plenty of freedom for your own projects. We look forward to your application.

For many parents, childcare decides whether they can go back to work. We're happy to talk to local businesses about working together. Good childcare is also an advantage for the regional economy.

Students regularly do their work placements with us. They are supported by an experienced colleague and take on their own tasks step by step. We're now offering placements for next year.

This week our team took part in training on supporting language development in everyday life. Many ideas can be used straight away at mealtimes or during play. For us, learning is part of the job.

Children learn more in their first years than at any other time. Anyone who supports them in this phase has a big responsibility. We'd like this profession to get the recognition it deserves.

Before starting school, our pre-schoolers visit the local school. We coordinate the transition with the teachers. That makes the big step a little smaller for the children.

Our cook makes everything fresh every day and buys vegetables from a local farmer. For us, good food is part of good care. Thank you to our suppliers for working with us so reliably.

Another kindergarten year is coming to an end. We say goodbye to our school starters and thank the families for their trust. After the summer, settling in starts again for the new children.
