Your bookshop, visible regularly.
Pipeflow reads your website and plans posts for Instagram and LinkedIn every week with book tips, readings and a look behind the counter. All you do is approve.
The boxes are open and the new releases are on the table. First come, first to browse. 📚
Example of a text tileWhy it usually gets left undone.
Reading instead of posting
You know the new releases better than any algorithm, but between orders, advice and the till there's no time for posts.
Up against the big platforms
Online giants advertise loudly. Your strength is the personal recommendation, and nobody sees it if you don't show it.
Always the same stack-of-books photo
One photo of the new releases table a month isn't enough to keep readers thinking of you.
Where the topics come from.
From your recommendations
The team's favourite books, tips by mood or occasion, books for children of a certain age, crime novels for the holidays.
From your calendar
Readings, book signings, book club evenings, World Book Day, back to school, Christmas presents.
From your shop
Unpacking a new delivery, redecorating the shop window, explaining the ordering service, showing gift wrapping.
Three ideas for bookshops.
- 01
Books by mood
Three books for one feeling, such as rainy Sundays or heartbreak. It helps people who don't know what they're looking for.
Example For rainy Sundays: three books that make you never want to leave your blanket. Which one is on your bedside table right now?
- 02
Explaining the ordering service
Show that you can order almost any available title. Many people don't know that it's just as quick with you as online.
Example Not in stock? No problem. We can order almost any available book for you and have it ready for you to collect.
- 03
Reading announcement
A photo of the book and the prepared reading space with the date and how to sign up. Events bring people into the shop.
Example The author of this novel will soon be reading here. Places are limited, so sign up directly in the shop or send us a message.
How Pipeflow helps.
From your website
Pipeflow reads what you offer and plans posts from it. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.
With images
Photos from your website, your own photos, AI images or text tiles in your colours.
You approve
Nothing goes out until you approve it. You can edit, ask for a rewrite or pause at any time.
FAQ.
Does Pipeflow know which books I have in stock right now?
No, there is no connection to your stock management or till system. But you can write titles into the post or upload your own photo of the book before you approve.
Can I just show book covers?
Photos of books that you take yourself in your shop are common for recommendations. If you're unsure, ask the publisher; Pipeflow asks about consent for photos with people.
Will the texts sound like me or like advertising?
Pipeflow learns from your feedback, for example a thumbs up or down with a reason, and turns it into rules about what to favour and what to avoid. You can rewrite any text before you approve it.
What does Pipeflow cost?
Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.
