Tell your customers where you are today.
Every week, Pipeflow turns your dishes, locations and events into posts for Instagram and LinkedIn that you only need to approve.
This week only: pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and homemade barbecue sauce. When it is gone, it is gone.

Here today, there tomorrow
Your customers need to know where you are. Without regular posts, only people who happen to pass by will find you.
Cooking, driving, selling
You are in the truck, driving to the next spot and doing the shopping. Writing posts simply does not fit in any more.
Events want to see you
Organisers and companies book food trucks they have seen online. An active profile brings in jobs.
Where the topics come from.
From your truck
The dish of the week, classics, vegetarian options, sauces and ingredients, and the truck itself.
From your weekly schedule
This week's locations, weekly markets, company car parks, festivals and private parties.
From your everyday life
Morning prep, shopping, setting up on site and the people in the truck.
Three ideas for food trucks.
- 01
Our sauce
A close-up of the homemade sauce. The detail customers come back for.
Example The secret is the sauce. We make it ourselves every morning, and we never give away the recipe.
- 02
The truck from outside
A photo of the truck on site with people queueing, with consent or from behind.
Example Lunchtime on the business park, and the queue is getting longer. Do not worry, we are quick.
- 03
Vegetarian from the truck
Show a meat-free option. Groups often decide based on the vegetarian choice.
Example Full and happy without meat: our halloumi wrap with grilled vegetables has become a favourite with many customers.
How Pipeflow helps.
From your website
Pipeflow reads what you offer and plans posts from it. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.
With images
Photos from your website, your own photos, AI images or text tiles in your colours.
You approve
Nothing goes out until you approve it. You can edit, ask for a rewrite or pause at any time.
FAQ.
Can Pipeflow post my locations for the week?
Yes, if you enter them or they are on your website. You can edit any post and publish it straight away if something changes at short notice.
How often should I post?
You decide: three times a week, every weekday or daily, with no more than one post per channel per day. For changing locations, every weekday often works well.
Can Pipeflow make stories with my location?
No. Pipeflow creates posts with an image and caption for Instagram and LinkedIn, not stories or reels.
What does Pipeflow cost?
Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.
