Why it usually gets left undone.

The wine year doesn't tell its own story

Between pruning, canopy work, the harvest and the cellar a lot happens, but your customers see very little of it.

Wine sells through stories

People who know who's behind a wine are more likely to buy direct from the estate than off the shelf.

Too little time for marketing

A small winery rarely has someone who only looks after Instagram. Work in the vineyard comes first.

Where the topics come from.

From the vineyard

Pruning, budburst, flowering, canopy work, the harvest and the soils your vines grow in.

From the cellar

Mash, fermentation, barrel and tank, bottling, labels and the new vintage.

From sales

Tastings, sales from the estate, wine gift boxes, food pairings and events at the winery.

Three ideas for wineries.

    In the fermentation cellar

A photo of the fermenting must in the tank or barrel. It shows what happens after the harvest.

    Example
The cellar is bubbling. Grape juice is turning into wine right now, and we taste it every day to see how it's developing.

    The soil makes the wine

A photo of the soil in the vineyard, such as loess, limestone or slate. Explain why it matters.

    Example
Why does the same wine from two sites taste so different? The soil makes the difference. Our loess gives the wine freshness and fruit.

    Which wine with which food?

A food pairing for one of your wines. Very practical for customers.

    Example
Our white wine goes particularly well with fish, white meat and dishes with fresh herbs. Try it with your next Sunday lunch.

FAQ.

How do I promote wine responsibly?

Show craft, origin and enjoyment rather than quantity. In Pipeflow you can set words that should never appear, and required information that's checked before every publication.

Can Pipeflow use photos from the vineyard?

Yes. Pipeflow uses photos from your website or your own uploads. For photos showing people, such as harvest helpers, Pipeflow asks for consent.

Is Pipeflow connected to my online shop?

No. Pipeflow reads your website but has no connection to shop or till systems. It plans and publishes posts.

What does Pipeflow cost?

Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.
