A post, ready to publish

The image

A photo from your website, your own photo, an AI image or a text tile in your colours.

The headline

Short and large on the image, together with your name.

The text

Written to match your offer. You can change it or have it rewritten.

The time

Pipeflow posts at the planned time, for example at 3 pm.

How it works

  1. 1

    Enter your website

Pipeflow reads your home page and subpages: what you offer and which colours you use. No website? Then a few sentences about your business are enough.

  2. 2

    Look at your week

Pipeflow plans your posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, with text, image and time.

  3. 3

    Approve

You read through, change what you want to change and approve. Pipeflow publishes at the planned time.

What makes a post strong.

A picture with a message

One subject, close enough, good light. An honest phone photo from the workshop does more than a polished stock photo.

A headline that makes people stop

A few words in large type on the image, so people understand right away what it is about while scrolling.

A first sentence that leads on

Below the image, only the beginning of the text is visible. That is where you say why it is worth reading on.

A clear next step

Call, book, drop by, link in bio. One prompt per post is enough.

Four kinds of posts.

Switching between these four keeps your feed varied.

Show

A product, a finished job, a new offer.

Explain

How something works, what to watch out for, a common misconception.

Give a glimpse

Workshop, kitchen, team, a perfectly ordinary Tuesday.

Inform

Opening hours, holidays, dates, promotions.

Photos of people only with consent

When Pipeflow uses photos from your website, it sorts them into categories: people, product, room, work or graphic. For photos with people, Pipeflow asks whether consent has been given before the image is used.

What often misses the mark.

Too much text on the image

The image should make people stop, not explain everything. The explanation belongs in the text below.

Only advertising

If every post wants to sell something, people keep scrolling. Explanations and insights should make up the larger part.

No rhythm

Five posts in one week, then a month's break. A steady rhythm comes across as more reliable.

Questions about Instagram

How often does it post?

Three times a week, every working day or daily. You choose.

Can I use my own photos?

Yes. You can add your own photo to any post.

Which hashtags should I use?

A few that fit your offer and your town. In Pipeflow you set whether posts get no hashtags, a few or many.

Does Pipeflow make Reels or Stories too?

No. Pipeflow creates feed posts with image, headline and text.

How long does approving take?

For a week with three posts, usually just a few minutes: read, change a word if needed or add your own photo, approve.

Does it work without a website?

Yes. Then you describe your business in a few sentences, and Pipeflow plans from that.

Do I need a particular Instagram account?

Yes, a business or creator account. You can switch in the Instagram settings. The guide to business accounts shows how.

What does it cost?

Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.

Try it with your website.

Pilot phase: free to try. Nothing is published until you approve it.
