Legal

Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of the Pipeflow application at app.pipeflow.at during the free pilot phase.

1. Provider

The providers are Paul Hölzl and Ben Braunsperger jointly and severally (Pipeline AI Solutions, a civil-law partnership under Austrian law). Address and contact details are in the legal notice.

2. Who Pipeflow is for

Pipeflow is intended for businesses only. By registering, you confirm that you use Pipeflow for your business.

3. Pilot phase

The pilot phase is free of charge. Prices have not been set yet. We make no commitment regarding availability or any particular scope of functions. Functions may change and interruptions are possible. Either side can end use at any time.

4. Approval and responsibility

Posts are published only after your approval. If you switch approval off in the settings, Pipeflow publishes posts automatically at the planned time. You are responsible for published content, image rights and compliance with the rules of Instagram, Meta and LinkedIn.

5. AI content

Texts and images created with AI may contain errors. Check them before approving. They are labelled as AI drafts in the application.

6. Connected accounts

You connect your Instagram account and your LinkedIn profile through the official authorisation dialogs. Pipeflow does not receive any passwords. You can withdraw access at any time in the settings of the respective account. Pipeflow is not a product of Meta or LinkedIn and is neither sponsored nor endorsed by them.

7. Later terms

As soon as Pipeflow becomes a paid service, separate general terms and conditions will apply. We will tell you about them in advance, and you will have to accept them separately.

8. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, except in the case of personal injury.

9. Data protection

How we process data is described in the privacy policy. For data we process on your behalf, the data processing agreement applies.

10. Applicable law

Austrian law applies.
