Automate LinkedIn posts
Automate LinkedIn posts without giving up control.
Every week Pipeflow plans ready LinkedIn posts from your website, with text, an image and a fixed time. You read through and approve. Pipeflow publishes on your personal profile.
What automating means here.
When people hear “automating LinkedIn”, many think of programs that visit other profiles, send connection requests or write comments. That is not what this is about. Pipeflow only automates your own posts: planning, writing and publishing on time.
In practice: Pipeflow reads your website, understands what you offer and plans LinkedIn posts with text, an image and a fixed time from it every week. You no longer have to come up with a new topic every Monday. You look at the finished week and decide what goes out.
Holding conversations, replying to comments and staying in touch stays with you, because that is what LinkedIn is about. How the idea works across both channels is explained under Automate social media.
How it works with Pipeflow.
From your website to the published post. Every detail is under How it works.
- 1
Enter your website
Pipeflow reads your home page and subpages: what you offer, for whom and in which colours. No website? Then a few sentences about your business are enough.
- 2
Connect LinkedIn
You connect your personal LinkedIn profile through LinkedIn's official authorisation dialog. Pipeflow never gets a password.
- 3
Choose a rhythm
Three times a week, every weekday or daily, at a time you pick. At most one post per channel per day.
- 4
Look at your week
Pipeflow plans the week's posts, each with text, an image and a fixed slot. You decide whether a LinkedIn post gets an image or appears as plain text.
- 5
Approve
You read through, change whatever you want and approve. Pipeflow publishes the post on your profile at the planned time.
What stays in your hands.
Automatic does not mean you have no say any more.
Approval
As long as approval is switched on, nothing goes out without your OK. Once you trust the posts, you can switch it off.
Edit and rewrite
You can change any text directly. If a post does not fit at all, you have it rewritten.
Your own photo
A picture of your team or your latest project often works better on LinkedIn than anything else. You can add it to any post.
Pause and post now
Holiday or a packed week? Then you pause. Something special today? Then you post right away instead of waiting for the slot.
Learning from your feedback
With thumbs, stars and a short reason you say what you like and what you do not. Pipeflow turns that into rules to prefer or avoid. You see them in the settings and can reset them.
Scheduling by hand or automating.
Both have their place. Here is the honest comparison.
By hand in LinkedIn
LinkedIn has its own free scheduling feature. You write the text yourself, find an image and set the date and time. How to schedule a LinkedIn post this way is explained in the guide Scheduling LinkedIn posts.
Automatically with Pipeflow
Topics, texts, images and slots arrive ready every week. Your work shrinks to reading and approving. In return, you look through regularly so every post sounds like you.
When doing it by hand is enough
If you like writing, only post now and then, or want every post to be very personal, such as an experience from this very week. Then LinkedIn's own feature is enough.
When automating helps
If you know you should post regularly but it always gets pushed aside in daily work. Or if you want to keep Instagram and LinkedIn going at the same time without starting from scratch twice.
Both together
Pipeflow takes care of the fixed rhythm. If something comes to mind in between, you post it yourself in LinkedIn as usual.
Tips for good automated posts.
What works on LinkedIn also works for scheduled posts.
Keep your website up to date
Pipeflow writes from what is on your website. The more precisely your offer, your process and typical questions are described there, the more accurate the posts become.
Add something of your own
One sentence from your everyday work turns a good text into your text. Approval is the place for it: an observation, a mistake, a decision.
Test the time
Weekday mornings or around lunch are a good start. Stick with one time for a few weeks, then compare. More in the guide on the best time for LinkedIn.
Be there after it goes live
LinkedIn lives on conversations. Pick a time when you can briefly reply to comments in the first hour. That stays your job, Pipeflow does not comment.
Who it is for.
For small businesses, mainly in Austria and Germany.
Businesses without a marketing team
You run the business and have nobody who only looks after social media. That is exactly what Pipeflow is built for.
Consulting and services
Tax advice, IT, real estate: if you want to build trust, regular, factual posts on your own profile help.
Trades and retail
On LinkedIn you look for skilled staff, apprentices and partners. A well kept profile shows how work gets done at your place.
Health, fitness, beauty
Here Instagram is often the more important channel. For that there is Automate Instagram posts. LinkedIn still helps, for example when looking for staff.
FAQ.
Does Pipeflow post on LinkedIn without my OK?
No, not as long as approval is switched on. Every post waits for you. Only when you switch approval off does Pipeflow publish your LinkedIn posts automatically at the planned time.
Can I post through my company page too?
Not yet. For now Pipeflow only publishes on your personal LinkedIn profile. For small businesses the personal profile usually reaches more people anyway, because people tend to follow people.
Do the texts sound like me?
At first Pipeflow takes its cue from your website. With thumbs, stars and short reasons you show what you like and what you do not. These become rules you can see in the settings. And at every approval you can still change a word yourself.
Does Pipeflow need my LinkedIn password?
No. You connect your profile through LinkedIn's official authorisation dialog. You sign in to Pipeflow with your Google or Microsoft account.
Can Pipeflow also post to Instagram and other channels?
Instagram yes, for that you need a Business or Creator account. Facebook, X and YouTube are coming soon.
What does it cost?
Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.
Try it with your website.
Pilot phase: free to try. Nothing is published until you approve it.
