Why it usually gets left undone.
The pressure is daily
Hospitality lives on being up to date. A channel that stays silent for days looks closed.
The weekend is peak time
Exactly when you should be posting, the team is busy serving.
Staff are hard to find
The search for kitchen and front-of-house staff runs through the same channels as your guests.
Where the topics come from.
From your website and what you tell Pipeflow. Not from the internet.
From the menu
Specialities, where the ingredients come from, new additions to the range.
From the craft
Preparation and processes. A dough that proves for 18 hours is a better story than any special offer.
From the calendar
Public holidays, school holidays, seasons, opening hours.
A year full of occasions.
In hospitality, the calendar writes half the week.
Spring
Wild garlic, asparagus, the first day in the beer garden. And Easter, when everyone wants to book at once.
Summer
Terrace, ice cream, cold dishes and the annual holiday closure. Say early enough when you are closed.
Autumn
Young wine, game, pumpkin, goose season. The season with the most stories from the kitchen.
Winter
Christmas parties, gift vouchers, New Year's Eve and the quiet weeks in January, when regulars need a reason to come in.
Pictures without a photographer.
Daylight instead of lamps
Put the new dish by the window briefly before service. A phone is enough when the light is right.
Hands at work
Folding dough, cutting a cake, pouring coffee. Movement looks more alive than a plate on its own.
Shelf and counter
In retail, the range is what counts. A freshly stocked shelf or a new delivery shows what is in store right now.
When there is no photo
For opening hours, rest days or gift vouchers, a text tile in your colours fits. An AI image of a dish that does not exist like that creates false expectations.
What drives guests away.
Outdated times
A post with wrong opening hours does more harm than no post at all. Check dates and times carefully before you approve.
Only offers
Discount after discount feels random. Tell people where the meat comes from or who bakes the bread instead.
Strangers in the picture
Recognisable guests only with consent. A set table from above or the empty dining room before service work just as well.
Questions from this industry.
Can Pipeflow post the daily menu?
There is no connection to your till system or weekly menu. For current news there is "Post now".
What about reviews and messages?
They stay with you. Pipeflow publishes, it doesn't reply.
Can people appear in the images?
In your own photos, only with consent. If Pipeflow uses photos from your website, it asks for images with people whether consent has been given.
When should a restaurant post?
Before people decide where to go: in the morning for lunch, towards the end of the week for the weekend. You choose the time in Pipeflow yourself and can change it at any time.
Does Pipeflow work for a shop too?
Yes. In retail, the topics come from your range: new stock, advice, seasonal items and the people behind the counter.
What do I post when there is nothing new?
Tell the familiar in a new way: who has been making the pastries for years, where the coffee comes from, why the schnitzel is the way it is. Regulars like that, and newcomers get to know you.
Should I post the menu as an image?
It is well placed in your profile or as a link in your bio. In the feed, a single dish with its story works better than a long list.
What does Pipeflow cost?
