The bean behind the coffeeCafé Pipeflow

Our espresso is strong but not bitter, with a hint of chocolate. We tried a lot of beans before this one was right. ☕

Example of a text tile

Why it usually gets left undone.

The counter is full, the profile is empty

Every morning there are fresh cakes on the counter, but between frothing milk and clearing tables, nobody takes a photo and writes a caption.

Guests look for a lovely place

Many people decide on their phone where to have breakfast or meet up. If you don't show up there, you won't be found.

Every day is different

New cakes, seasonal drinks, a free table by the window: all of this would be worth a post, if only someone had the time.

Where the topics come from.

From your cake counter

Cake of the day, gateaux for the weekend, vegan and gluten-free options and pastries to take away.

From your coffee bar

The beans you use, milk alternatives, latte art, seasonal drinks in autumn and cold drinks in summer.

From your café

Weekend breakfast, the seat by the window, dogs welcome, working on a laptop and opening hours on public holidays.

An example week.

How Pipeflow could plan a week for you.

Monday: The first cup of the week

A calm photo of the first cappuccino on the counter, just after opening up. On a Monday a quiet, cosy post works better than a loud offer.

Wednesday: What makes the pastry special

A close up of a freshly cut strudel or quark cake, with two sentences on what is in it and why you make it that way. In the middle of the week it is a reminder of the afternoon break.

Friday: The place to meet on Saturday

A photo of a table laid for two or of the garden, with a note on when you open on Saturday. Many people arrange their weekend meet ups on Friday and are still looking for a place.

    Weekend breakfast

The breakfast table from above. Breakfast is often the main reason for a visit on Saturday or Sunday.

    Example
For us, Saturday means a long breakfast with eggs, fresh bread and homemade jam. Best to book a table beforehand.

Which plant milks do you have?

Say which milk alternatives you offer. It's one of the most common questions at the counter.

    Example
Oat, soy or classic after all? You can have any coffee with plant milk here. Just ask when you order.

The best seat in the house

A photo of the window seat in the afternoon light. Places people like to sit stay in their minds.

    Example
In the afternoon, the table by the window is the nicest spot in the café. With a book and a slice of cake, time just flies.

Tips for cafés.

Let the light decide

For photos, put cakes and drinks on the brightest table, not under the counter. A light wooden table or a marble top is enough as a background, more decoration tends to distract.

Directions in your profile

People looking for you for the first time want to know exactly where you are, whether they can park nearby or get there by public transport. Put that briefly in your profile and tag your location on posts.

Don't only show the sweet things

If you also serve toasties, soup or breakfast, show them as often as the cakes. Otherwise people will think of you only as an afternoon place.

The chalkboard is already a post

If you write daily specials on a chalkboard, you already have your subject. A straight photo in good light feels more personal than any graphic and can be added to a planned post as your own image.

How Pipeflow helps.

From your website

Pipeflow reads what you offer and plans posts from it. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.

With images

Photos from your website, your own photos, AI images or text tiles in your colours.

You approve

Nothing goes out until you approve it. You can edit, ask for a rewrite or pause at any time.

FAQ.

I bake something different every day. Does that work with planned posts?

Yes. You can edit any planned post, add a current photo and post it straight away. Pipeflow plans the rest at the rhythm you've chosen.

Can Pipeflow use my photos from the website?

Yes. Pipeflow reads your home page and subpages and can use photos from there. Without a website, a few sentences about your café are enough.

Does Pipeflow answer questions about opening hours?

No. Pipeflow plans and publishes posts. You answer messages and comments yourself.

What if the display case doesn't look great on a given day?

Then show something else: the coffee machine, the garden, a look behind the counter. A cake photo from your website is fine as long as you do generally sell that cake. You can swap any image before approving.

Do I need my own colour scheme for my café?

A consistent style helps, but it doesn't have to be elaborate. The same tables, similar light and your colours on text tiles are often enough for people to recognise your café in their feed. Pipeflow designs text tiles in your own colours.

Should I show that a cake sold out quickly?

Mentioning that something went quickly is honest and makes people curious. Just don't turn it into a constant trick, or it will feel forced. If something changes at short notice, you can edit or pause a planned post before approving it.

What does Pipeflow cost?
