Who is at reception?Pipeflow Dental Practice

This is our reception. Every appointment question lands here, and sometimes a little nervousness before treatment too. We look forward to seeing you.

Example of a text tile

Why it usually gets left undone.

No time between appointments

The diary is full, and after the last treatment nobody feels like writing Instagram captions.

Strict advertising rules

Before-and-after pictures, patient cases and promises are off limits. That is why many practices would rather post nothing at all, for fear of getting something wrong.

Dental nurses are hard to find

Good people in dental nursing and hygiene choose their practice. If you do not show your team online, you are easily overlooked by applicants.

Where the topics come from.

From everyday practice life

Sterilisation, new equipment, the empty treatment room in the morning: glimpses that build trust, without any patients in the picture.

From the team

Who is at reception, who does the cleaning, who is joining the team. Anxious patients in particular want to know who they will meet.

From your consultations

Common questions answered factually: what happens at a child's first visit, what to do about toothache at the weekend, what a professional clean is for.

An example week.

How Pipeflow could plan a week for you.

Monday: A place to arrive

A photo of the waiting area with plants, light and perhaps a children's corner, with no patients in shot. For anxious people the first impression of the rooms often matters more than any technology.

Wednesday: Floss, interdental brushes and more

A simple photo of the cleaning aids on a light background with a general note on what each one is for. Useful, low key and in line with the strict rules for advertising in healthcare.

Friday: The practice from outside

A photo of the entrance with the house number, parking or the nearby bus stop. First time patients find their way more easily and arrive more relaxed.

What happens during a professional clean

The steps of a professional teeth cleaning, simply explained. Many people do not know what to expect.

    Example
During a professional clean, we remove plaque and tartar, polish and show you where your brush does not reach. Just ask about it at your next appointment.

    Hygiene you never normally see

A photo of packaged, sterilised instruments. Shows care, without a single patient.

    Example
Every instrument is cleaned, sterilised and packaged after treatment. You never see it, but it happens at every appointment.

Tips for dental practices.

Treatment results only with consent

A photo of someone's teeth is very personal information, even without the face. Only show results with explicit written consent, and if in doubt, leave them out.

Explain rather than sell

Phrases like dazzling white in one session or guaranteed pain free don't suit a dental practice. Explain procedures and options and leave the decision to the conversation in the practice. If unsure, check the guidance from the dental chamber.

Take anxiety seriously

Many people don't like going to the dentist. Pictures without close ups of instruments, a friendly team and calm colours are more inviting than drills and suction.

Practice details fixed in your profile

Opening hours, phone number, accessibility and whether you work with public health insurance or privately: this belongs in your profile bio or in a pinned post. That way the most common questions are answered before anyone has to call.

How Pipeflow helps.

From your website

Pipeflow reads what you offer and plans posts from it. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.

FAQ.

Am I even allowed to post on Instagram as a dental practice?

Factual information about your practice, team and services is generally permitted. Follow the professional rules for dentists and the guidelines of your dental chamber: no promises of cures, no before-and-after pictures, no patient cases.

Can Pipeflow keep sensitive words out of posts?

Yes. You set words that should never appear, such as “guaranteed” or “painless”, and Pipeflow checks every post for them before it goes live. Nothing goes out without your approval anyway.

Does Pipeflow access our practice software or patient data?

No. Pipeflow only reads your public website and what you upload yourself. There is no connection to practice software.

How much do I still have to do myself?

With Pipeflow you look at the planned posts, change a word if needed and approve. Texts and images are created from your website, and you can upload photos from the practice yourself at any time. As long as approval is switched on, nothing goes live without your OK.

Can we show it when a child has visited for the first time?

Only with the parents' consent, and even then restraint is wise. A cuddly toy in the dental chair or the children's corner tells the same story without showing a child.

Can I reply to comments about a treatment?

Yes, but without details about the person or the treatment, because even confirming that someone is a patient is sensitive. Thank them in general terms and offer a personal conversation at the practice.

What does Pipeflow cost?
