Pipeflow

Social media automation for Austria.

For small businesses in town and in the countryside. Every week, Pipeflow plans your posts for Instagram and LinkedIn. All you do is approve them.

Same problem, in town or in the country.

A hairdresser in Graz, a carpenter in the Waldviertel, an innkeeper in Carinthia: the daily work comes first. Instagram and LinkedIn get done in the evening, if at all. Yet a well kept profile is often the first thing new customers see of you.

At Pipeflow, social media automation does not mean random posts by somebody you never met. Pipeflow reads your website, plans finished posts with text, image and a fixed time every week, and you decide what goes out.

Town and country post differently.

In town

Lots of choice and lots of competition in a small space. What matters is that people recognise you: your style, your team, what sets you apart from the place two streets away.

In the countryside

People know each other, often they have known the business for generations. Here social media mainly shows what is new: a new offer, a new apprentice, changed opening hours.

For commuters and guests

People who work in town and live in the country see your posts on their phone before they drive past. In tourism, tomorrow's guests are already making plans today.

The year in Austria.

Occasions almost any business can use.

January and carnival

New year, stocktaking, company holidays. A good time to show what is new this year.

Easter and spring

Garden season, spring cleaning, renovations. For trades and shops, the busy season starts.

Summer and holidays

Welcome guests, show the season, announce your holidays. Saying when you are closed is a good post too.

Autumn and Advent

Harvest, roast goose, Advent markets, vouchers and Christmas parties. Plan these posts early so they are ready when things get busy.

Austrian, not generic.

Austrians have their own words for many everyday things, from the month of January to bread rolls and school exams. Customers notice whether a text sounds Austrian or not.

The app is in German, and you have the final say on every post. If a word feels wrong, change it before you approve. Or give a short reason, such as "use Austrian terms". Pipeflow turns it into a rule that you can see in the settings and reset at any time.

How it works.

  1. 1

    Enter your website

Pipeflow reads what you offer and which colours you use. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.

  2. 2

    Choose a rhythm

Three times a week, every weekday or daily, at a time you pick. At most one post per channel per day.

  3. 3

    Approve

You read through, edit if needed and approve. Pipeflow publishes on Instagram and LinkedIn at the planned time.

What stays with you.

The final say

As long as approval is switched on, nothing goes out that you have not seen. You can edit, get a post rewritten or pause at any time.

Your real photos

A photo from your own business often says more than any other image. You can use your own photo in every post.

Spontaneous posts

Something special today? Post right away instead of waiting for the planned time.
