Social media automation in the Mühlviertel.
Pipeflow itself comes from the Mühlviertel. Every week it plans posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, so you can stay focused on your work.

We know the problem from home.
Paul Hölzl and Ben Braunsperger both come from the Mühlviertel. Pipeflow came about because posting regularly always failed for them for lack of time, never for lack of ideas. Many local businesses know that feeling.
In the districts of Rohrbach, Freistadt, Perg or Urfahr-Umgebung alike: if you spend the day in the workshop, the kitchen or the barn, you rarely feel like writing Instagram texts in the evening.
What Mühlviertel businesses can show.
Trades
Wood, stone, metal. Show the work step by step, from raw material to finished piece. It is honest and needs no advertising language.
Inns
The daily menu, game in autumn, the regulars' table, the beer garden in summer. A good photo of the plate says more than any description.
Farm shops and direct sellers
What is fresh right now, when the farm shop is open, how bread, bacon or cheese are made. People who know what is available are more likely to drive over.
Tourism
Guesthouses, holiday flats and country inns show hiking, cycling, peace and nature. Many guests plan their holiday on their phone.
Skilled staff and apprentices.
Many businesses in the Mühlviertel are looking for people. Anyone interested in an apprenticeship often checks out a company on their phone first, before calling.
So show more than products. Show who works with you, what an apprentice does on day one and what the lunch break is like. You can add topics like these to any post: edit it, get it rewritten or swap in your own photo. Photos of employees need their consent, more on that in the guide to staff photos.
The Mühlviertel year.
January to March
Quieter weeks for many businesses. A good time to prepare posts about your team, your workshop and open apprenticeships.
Easter and spring
Farm shops with eggs and smoked meat, garden centres, the first day trippers. Show what is fresh.
Summer
Hiking, cycling, swimming, village festivals. Inns and places to stay show guests what to expect.
Harvest and Advent
Potatoes, apples, cider, game. Then comes Advent, with vouchers and local gifts.
Honest, not glossy.
A phone photo from the workshop, a sentence in plain language, a note on when the farm shop is open: often a good post needs nothing more. Glossy marketing quickly feels odd from a business people know from the village fair.
If a Pipeflow text feels too polished, give it a thumbs down and a short reason like "write more simply". That becomes a rule you can see in the settings and reset again.
How Pipeflow works.
- 1
Tell Pipeflow about your business
With your website or a few sentences. Many small rural businesses have no big website, and that is fine.
- 2
Get your week
Pipeflow plans posts with text and image. Photos come from your website or your uploads, plus AI images and text tiles in your colours.
- 3
Approve
Approve what suits you. Get the rest rewritten. Posts go out at the time you chose.
Questions from the Mühlviertel.
Will you come to visit me?
Pipeflow is software you use in your browser, so no meeting in person is needed. If you have questions, write to [email protected].
I have no website. Can I still use it?
Yes. Describe your business in a few sentences, and Pipeflow plans your posts from that.
Is Pipeflow really from the Mühlviertel?
Yes. Pipeflow is a product by Pipeline AI Solutions, founded by Paul Hölzl and Ben Braunsperger. Both come from the Mühlviertel.
Does Pipeflow post to Facebook too?
Not yet. Right now Pipeflow posts to Instagram and LinkedIn. Facebook is coming soon.
What does Pipeflow cost?
