Pipeflow

Industry

Your knowledge is the best marketing.

Pipeflow writes, you approve. Nobody in the firm has to become an editor.

Why it usually gets left undone.

The hour is missing

Every hour spent on a post is an hour that isn't billed.

The knowledge is there

Every change to a deadline, every standard case would make a post. All that's missing is the way to get there.

Clients come through trust

People switch to someone they have been reading for months.

Where the topics come from.

From your website and what you tell Pipeflow. Not from the internet.

From the calendar

Deadlines, key dates, changes in the law.

From the practice

Common mistakes, standard questions, your services.

From putting things in context

What a change means in practice.

Topics for the whole year.

Using a tax practice as an example. Other advisory businesses have their own calendar.

January and February

Collecting receipts, documents for the previous year and what changed at the start of the year.

Spring

Tax returns and employee tax assessments: typical questions and what people often forget.

Summer

Quieter weeks for the fundamentals, such as legal form, succession, retirement planning and subsidies.

Autumn and December

What still needs doing before the end of the year and which deadlines are coming up.

Why LinkedIn comes first here.

Your clients read there

Business owners, managing directors and the self employed are on LinkedIn. Exactly the people who need advice.

People, not logos

Pipeflow posts on your personal profile. Advice is bought from people, not from firm names.

Text is enough

Text only posts work well on LinkedIn. A clear thought about a deadline does not need a picture.

Instagram as a second channel

For private clients, young founders and recruiting staff, Instagram is worth adding.

What does not go down well.

Rules without consequences

A change in the law on its own interests few people. What it means for a carpenter with three employees interests many.

Too much at once

One post, one thought. The full picture belongs in the consultation.

Advertising speak

Words like “best” or “guaranteed” do not suit a profession that lives on trust. Put them on your list of banned words.

Questions from this industry.

How is confidentiality protected?

Pipeflow isn't connected to case files or law firm software. It reads your public website and what you enter yourself.

Do the posts contain legal advice?

They provide general information. You approve every post before it is published.

Is it worth it for a small firm?

Especially then. Small firms usually just lack the time.

What if a post is wrong on the facts?

Then you do not approve it. You edit the text, have it rewritten or pause. You remain professionally responsible, which is why you see every post beforehand.

Do the texts sound like me?

Not quite at first. Your feedback becomes rules, such as shorter sentences or no exclamation marks. You can see them in the settings and reset them.

May I write about clients?

Only without names and in a way that nobody can be recognised. A general description such as “a trade business with three employees” is often enough.

How current are posts when laws change?

Pipeflow plans from your website and what you enter, not from the news. If a change matters today, you adjust a planned post and publish it right away with “Post now”.

What does Pipeflow cost?

Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.

Try it with your website.

Pilot phase: free to try. Nothing is published until you approve it.
