Regular. Without using up trainer time.
Pipeflow plans, you approve.

Why it usually gets left undone.
Regularly or not at all
On Instagram, regularity counts. Three posts a month are almost as good as none.
Trainer time is revenue time
Anyone designing posts isn't out on the gym floor.
Members come through visibility
New sign-ups often start with a channel someone has been following for weeks.
Where the topics come from.
From your website and what you tell Pipeflow. Not from the internet.
From training
Exercises, technique, common mistakes.
From the business
Class timetable, opening hours, new equipment.
From your approach
Why rest is part of it and what is realistic.
What you can show.
Real training in real rooms.
An exercise done right
Squat, forearm plank, shoulder circles. A photo of the end position and three sentences on what to watch out for.
The studio before class
The mats are laid out, the lights are on. That way newcomers see what it looks like before they come for the first time.
Trainers
Who leads which class and who focuses on what. With consent and ideally with a personal sentence.
Small wins
The first pull up, ten years of membership. Only with the person's explicit OK.
The year at the studio.
January
The season of resolutions. Explain how to start without overdoing it in the first week.
Spring and summer
Training outdoors, breaks in the heat and what works on holiday without any equipment.
Autumn
The second fresh start after the holidays. New classes, new times, trial sessions.
December
Gift vouchers, opening hours over the holidays and a calm look back at the year.
What you should skip.
Perfect bodies
Flawless pictures put off exactly the people you want to win. Show people who train, not people who pose.
Promises in numbers
“Ten kilos less in four weeks” is risky and usually wrong. Explain instead what regular training realistically brings.
Only promotions
If you only post discounts, you are only noticed for discounts. Knowledge and insights carry the channel in between.
Questions from this industry.
Can health promises appear?
They shouldn't. You put words like "guaranteed" on the list of banned words.
Does Pipeflow make videos?
No. Pipeflow makes image posts for Instagram and text or image posts for LinkedIn.
Can people appear in the images?
In your own photos, only with consent. If Pipeflow uses photos from your website, it asks for images with people whether consent has been given.
The class schedule changes at short notice. What then?
You adjust the next planned post and publish it right away with “Post now”. Or you pause until the new schedule is ready.
Does Pipeflow work for personal trainers?
Yes. Especially if you work alone, there is no time to write between sessions. On LinkedIn your personal profile also reaches companies, for example for workplace training.
What do I post during the summer lull?
Workouts for on the go, tips for hot days, a look at the autumn programme. Especially when things are quieter, people remember studios that are still there.
Do I need photos of members?
No. Empty rooms, equipment, trainers with their consent, text tiles with an exercise and AI images for mood are enough for many weeks.
What does Pipeflow cost?
