Pipeflow

Your gym, visible every week.

Pipeflow reads your gym's website and plans posts for Instagram and LinkedIn every week, which you approve before they go live.

One machine explainedPipeflow Fitness

The rowing machine looks easier than it is. First the legs push, then the upper body follows, and finally the arms. Our team is happy to show you the right settings.

Example of a text tile

Why it usually gets left undone.

The team is on the gym floor

Your trainers look after members and run classes. Writing posts always slips to the bottom of the list.

Only active at New Year

Around New Year there is lots of posting, then nothing for weeks. And it is exactly in the quieter months that enquiries are missing.

Always the same equipment photos

A photo of the weights area no longer works the third time. Ideas for what else to show are missing.

Where the topics come from.

From your class timetable

New classes, changed times, cover instructors, classes for beginners and which class suits whom.

From your gym floor

Exercise of the week, a machine set up correctly, refurbishments, cleanliness and quiet training times.

From your team

Trainers introduce themselves, talk about further training and share tips for the first weeks at the gym.

An example week.

How Pipeflow could plan a week for you.

Monday: A weekly plan for beginners

A text tile with a simple suggestion for the week, for example two strength sessions and one class. On Mondays many people resolve to start again, and a concrete plan makes the step smaller.

Wednesday: The changing area

A photo of clean lockers, showers or the hairdryer area. Newcomers in particular wonder what things look like away from the gym floor, and cleanliness convinces more than any new machine.

Friday: Training at the weekend

A photo of the quiet gym floor on a Saturday morning with your weekend opening hours. For people who can't make it during the working week, this is the most important information.

  1. 01

    New class on the timetable

Announce a new class with day, time and target group. That way members know straight away whether it suits them.

    Example
New on the timetable: Back Fit on Thursday evenings. A calm pace, ideal after a long day of sitting. Sign up at the front desk.
  2. 02

    A trainer introduces themselves

A photo of a trainer with three short facts: focus, how long they have been with you, best tip for beginners.

    Example
This is our trainer for strength and mobility. His tip for the first weeks: come regularly rather than starting too heavy. Just speak to him on the gym floor.
  3. 03

    A common beginner question

Answer a question that comes up at the front desk all the time. Other newcomers have exactly the same question.

    Example
How often should I train at the start? Two to three sessions a week with rest days in between are usually enough to begin with. We will discuss the rest at your induction.

Tips for gyms.

No body promises

Claims like a dream figure in no time grab attention but disappoint and seem unprofessional. Show instead what you offer: support, induction, a wide range of classes.

Don't only show ideal bodies

If every picture shows only very fit people, beginners feel out of place. Show trainers in everyday situations, older members with consent, or simply the space itself.

Photos in the quiet hours

At quiet times of day the floor is often empty and the light is good. That is when you can photograph equipment and rooms without anyone ending up in the picture unasked.

Use occasions across the year

New Year is not the only moment. After the summer holidays, at the start of autumn and before the ski holiday there are occasions that suit Austria well, such as ski conditioning in autumn.

How Pipeflow helps.

From your website

Pipeflow reads what you offer and plans posts from it. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.

With images

Photos from your website, your own photos, AI images or text tiles in your colours.

Nothing goes out until you approve it. You can edit, ask for a rewrite or pause at any time.

FAQ.

Can Pipeflow take the class timetable from our membership software?

No, there is no connection to membership or till software. Pipeflow reads your website; you add short-notice changes to the post when you approve it.

Can photos of members training be used?

Only with their consent. As soon as a photo shows people, Pipeflow asks for consent.

Does Pipeflow also make Reels of workouts?

No. Pipeflow plans posts with an image and text, not videos, Reels or Stories. You keep posting your workout clips yourself.

What do I post in the quiet summer months?

That is exactly when it pays to stay active: outdoor classes, training in the heat, quiet times in the studio. If you stay visible in summer, you don't have to start from scratch in autumn.

How do I get my team to supply photos?

Keep it small: one photo a week from their own class or from the morning on the gym floor is enough. You upload the photos to Pipeflow and they are planned into posts, so the team doesn't have to write anything. People who see their picture being used are more likely to join in again.

Do I have to post every day to stay visible?

No. What matters more is that it keeps going reliably, even in busy weeks. Pipeflow plans three times a week, every weekday or daily, depending on how much you want to approve, and publishes at the time you choose.

What does Pipeflow cost?

Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.
