What you get

Texts for LinkedIn

Posts that match your offer, fully written.

With an image or just text

You decide whether LinkedIn posts get an image or appear as text with hashtags.

Fixed times

Three times a week, every working day or daily, at your chosen time.

Your approval

Nothing goes out before you approve it. Unless you switch off approval.

How it works

  1. 1

    Enter your website

Pipeflow reads your home page and subpages: what you offer and which colours you use. No website? Then a few sentences about your business are enough.

  2. 2

    Look at your week

Pipeflow plans your posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, with text, image and time.

  3. 3

    Approve

You read through, change what you want to change and approve. Pipeflow publishes at the planned time.

A good LinkedIn post.

One thought

One post, one message. If you squeeze in three topics, nobody remembers any of them.

An opening that holds

The first lines decide whether someone reads on. A concrete observation does more than “We are delighted to announce”.

Something of your own

An experience, a mistake, a number from your business. Nobody else can write that.

Short paragraphs

Nobody reads blocks of text on a phone. Two or three sentences, then a blank line.

Topics that carry.

For business owners, the self employed and small businesses.

How you work

A process, a tool, a decision you make differently from others.

What customers ask

The question you answer on the phone every week is a ready made post.

What you have learned

A job that was difficult, and what you do differently today.

Who you are looking for

Staff, partners, suppliers. That is what LinkedIn is made for.

Common mistakes.

Only announcements

“We are at the trade fair” and “We have a new logo” mostly interest you yourself.

Long breaks

Three posts in January, then nothing until May. People who follow you forget you in between.

Walls of hashtags

A long row of hashtags at the end quickly looks like advertising on LinkedIn. A few relevant ones are enough.

Questions about LinkedIn

Does Pipeflow learn my style?

You can give feedback on every text. Pipeflow turns it into rules and shows them to you in the settings under "What Pipeflow has learned from you".

Can I change texts?

Yes. You can edit any post or have it rewritten.

How long should a LinkedIn post be?

As long as the thought needs. For most topics a few short paragraphs are enough. When approving, you shorten or add as you like.

Do I need an image?

No. Text only posts work well on LinkedIn. In Pipeflow you set whether posts get an image.

Where is it published?

On your personal LinkedIn profile. You connect it through LinkedIn's official authorisation dialog.

When is the best time for LinkedIn?

There is no time that suits everyone. Try a time before work or at lunchtime for a few weeks and then compare. In Pipeflow you can change the time at any time.

Should I comment on other people's posts too?

Yes, that helps. If you join discussions thoughtfully, you get noticed more yourself. That stays your job, Pipeflow does not comment.

What does it cost?

Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.

Try it with your website.

Pilot phase: free to try. Nothing is published until you approve it.
