What you get.

Finished texts

Matching your offer, with hashtags at the end. None, a few or lots, as you like.

With or without an image

You decide whether LinkedIn posts get an image or appear as text.

Personal profile

Posts are published on your personal profile.

Your approval

Nothing goes out before you approve it.

What you need.

A personal LinkedIn profile

Pipeflow publishes on your profile. A well kept profile with a photo and a clear headline helps, because anyone who reads a good post looks there next.

The connection through LinkedIn

You connect your profile through LinkedIn's official authorisation dialog. We never see your password.

Your website or a few sentences

That is where the topics come from. The clearer it says what you offer and for whom, the more on point the posts will be.

What a post looks like.

The opening

Only the first lines are visible in the feed, the rest comes after a click. Pay special attention to them when you approve.

The content

An experience from your working day, an explanation or an assessment. More matter of fact than on Instagram, but in your own words.

Image or text

With a photo, an AI image or a text tile, or with no image at all. You choose what suits you.

Hashtags

At the end, as many as you like. On LinkedIn a few are usually enough.

What stays with you.

Comments and messages

You write the replies yourself. On LinkedIn in particular, that is where the conversations start that later turn into jobs.

Contacts

Connecting, accepting requests, joining other people's discussions. Pipeflow does not do that, and that is how it should be.

The final say

Every post waits for your approval as long as approval is switched on.

Questions about LinkedIn.

Can I post on a company page?

At the moment, posts are published on your personal profile.

Does Pipeflow learn my style?

You give feedback on texts. Pipeflow turns it into rules and shows them to you under "What Pipeflow has learned from you".

How often should I post on LinkedIn?

Three times a week is enough for most people. What matters more than the number is that it keeps going steadily for months.

What about Instagram?

Pipeflow plans for Instagram and LinkedIn. You can connect both channels or start with one.

What if my LinkedIn access expires?

Access does not last forever. Pipeflow notices when it is about to expire. Then you reconnect through the same dialog.

Can I publish a post right away?

Yes. With “Post now” a planned post goes out immediately instead of at the planned time.

What does Pipeflow cost?

Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.

Try it with your website.

Pilot phase: free to try. Nothing is published until you approve it.
