  1. 01

    Skilled worker wanted, honestly described

A vacancy that shows the real working day: building site, service, customer visits. Helps with recruiting.

    Example
We are looking for an electrician for new builds and service work. With us you get fixed teams, your own vehicle and colleagues who help when things get tricky. Feel free to get in touch with us directly.
  2. 02

    Working with property managers

Describe how you organise maintenance and repairs in residential complexes. Speaks to property managers as regular clients.

    Example
For property managers one thing counts above all: that someone comes when there is an emergency, and that work is properly documented. That is exactly how we work in the residential complexes we look after. We are always glad of new contacts.
  3. 03

    Electrical engineering as a trade

Tell people what apprentices learn with you and where the job is heading. Speaks to schools and parents.

    Example
Anyone learning electrical engineering today will be working on solar power, charging points and building automation tomorrow. The job is changing fast, and that is exactly what makes it exciting. Taster days are possible with us any time.
  4. 04

    Training in the team

Report on a training course someone from the team has completed. Shows expertise and growth.

    Example
Colleagues from our team have completed a course on storage systems. That means we can now also advise customers on battery storage for their solar systems. Learning never stops in our trade.
  5. 05

    Planning with developers

Explain why you want to be involved in planning early. Speaks to developers and architects.

    Example
The earlier we are involved in a build, the less needs changing later. Cable routes, space for the distribution board and spare capacity are easy to set in the plan, but hard in a finished building. We are happy to talk as early as the design stage.
  6. 06

The energy transition on a small scale

A factual post about what electrical businesses contribute to the energy transition. No figures, just concrete work.

    Example
Every charging point, every solar power system and every renewed house connection needs an electrical business. The energy transition happens in cellars and garages too. We are proud of that.
  7. 07

    A network of trades

Thank the plumber, builder or joiner for a joint project. Nurtures relationships in the region.

    Example
Several businesses worked hand in hand on the renovation of this house. Thanks to everyone for the good coordination on site. That is what makes work enjoyable.
  8. 08

    Why we document

Explain why every installation is handed over with a plan and a test report. Shows reliability to business clients.

    Example
With us, every installation comes with an up-to-date plan and a test report. That saves time later for extensions and inspections. For businesses and property managers this is often just as important as the work itself.

When was your latest LinkedIn post?

Anyone who looks up an electrical contractor on LinkedIn, such as a property manager looking for a service partner or a skilled worker looking for a job, can see when each post was published. If your latest post is months old, the profile looks abandoned, even if your service team is out on jobs every day.

Your service work provides the material for current posts: a maintenance visit in an apartment complex, a replaced meter cabinet, a new measuring device, a new colleague on the team. A photo and three sentences are enough. Show people only with their consent, and leave out customer names and addresses.

Posting regularly over months matters more than many posts at once. You can find a realistic rhythm in the guide How often to post on LinkedIn.

Or let Pipeflow plan it for you.

Pipeflow reads what you offer and plans posts from it. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.
