Your hotel, before guests book.
Pipeflow plans posts for Instagram and LinkedIn every week from your rooms, your breakfast and your surroundings. You just approve them.

Guests look before they book
Many people check on Instagram what the hotel really looks like. A profile with posts from years ago isn't inviting.
Reception, housekeeping, kitchen
In the daily routine of a hotel, nobody has time to think up posts every week. It never gets beyond the odd photo.
Staff are hard to find
Applicants also look at how a hotel presents itself. A lively profile helps with recruiting.
Where the topics come from.
From your hotel
Rooms and views, the breakfast buffet, the bar, the spa area and small details such as bed linen or a reading lamp.
From your surroundings
Places to visit, hiking trails, cycle routes, markets and events in the area through the seasons.
From your team
The people at reception, in the kitchen and in housekeeping, training and everyday work in the hotel.
An example week.
How Pipeflow could plan a week for you.
Monday: Getting here made easy
A photo of the driveway or entrance with information on parking, the train station and, if you have one, the EV charging point. Anyone booking right now or arriving this week is looking for exactly this.
Wednesday: How the day begins at the hotel
A photo of the terrace or lobby early in the morning before the first guests arrive, with a sentence about the atmosphere. Midweek it is a reminder of holidays and makes people want to plan their next free weekend.
Friday: What there is for children
If you welcome families, a photo of the playroom, the garden or the cot in the room, without children in shot. Families often plan their holidays well in advance and want to see things like this beforehand.
Three ideas for hotels.
- 01
Day trip tip of the week
A photo of a nearby place to visit with a short description. It helps guests plan.
Example Our tip for this week: the walk to the viewpoint above the hotel. An easy walk, with a place to stop for food along the way.
- 02
A freshly made-up room
A neatly made bed with a detail. It shows cleanliness and care.
Example Fresh bed linen, a plumped-up pillow and peace and quiet. Our housekeeping team makes sure you find a room like this every evening.
- 03
Who's at reception?
A portrait of a team member, with their consent. Guests are pleased to see familiar faces again.
Example She knows the best places to visit and the quietest spots in the hotel. If you have a question, you'll find her at our reception.
Tips for hotels.
Pictures to match the season
A summer photo of the pool looks odd in November when there is fog outside. Keep separate pictures for every season so guests can see what your place looks like when they plan to travel.
One sentence in English
If you get many international guests, a short sentence in English under a post helps. A bilingual profile shows that everyone is welcome.
Show every room category
Don't just show the suite, show the smallest room too. Guests who find something very different from what the feed suggested are disappointed, and that ends up in the review.
The direct route to booking
Link directly to your own booking page in your profile or give your phone number. Anyone who has to search first quickly ends up on a booking platform, and the direct booking is lost.
How Pipeflow helps.
From your website
Pipeflow reads what you offer and plans posts from it. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.
With images
Photos from your website, your own photos, AI images or text tiles in your colours.
You approve
Nothing goes out until you approve it. You can edit, ask for a rewrite or pause at any time.
FAQ.
Can Pipeflow promote offers and packages?
Yes, if they're on your website or you enter them yourself. You see every post before it's published and can edit it.
Is Pipeflow connected to my booking system?
No. Pipeflow reads your website and uses the information you give, but has no connection to booking or till systems.
Can I show guests in photos?
Only with consent. Pipeflow asks for consent before photos showing people are used.
Should we post in the off season too?
Yes, because people often book well in advance. In spring many plan their summer holiday, in autumn their ski holiday. If you are silent then, you are overlooked while they plan.
Who in the team should look after Instagram?
Ideally one person who knows the hotel well and can approve regularly, for example someone at reception or the host herself. With Pipeflow this person doesn't have to write or design, just check and approve. They can collect photos from the kitchen or housekeeping from colleagues and upload them.
Should we ask guests to tag us?
A friendly note, for example on a card in the room, does no harm. You will then see photos you are tagged in and can say thank you. Only share them in your own feed if the guests explicitly agree.
What does Pipeflow cost?
