Pipeflow

Trust starts before the car lift.

Every week Pipeflow uses your website to plan posts about servicing, tyres and repairs for Instagram and LinkedIn, and you approve them.

Check your tread depth yourselfPipeflow Garage

How much tread is left on your tyre? With a tread depth gauge you can check in seconds. If you are unsure, we are happy to take a look.

Example of a text tile

Why it usually gets left undone.

The car lift does not wait

Between customers' cars, ordering spare parts and the phone, there is no time left for posts. So your channels often fall asleep.

Garages have a trust problem

Many drivers worry about paying too much. If you openly show and explain what is being done, you win regular customers.

Mechanics are in demand

Good skilled workers and apprentices are hard to find. A look inside your garage helps with the search.

Where the topics come from.

From the season

Tyre changes, the battery in winter, air conditioning before summer, a check before the holiday drive. At the right time of year.

From the workshop

Brake discs, the diagnostic tool, oil changes, the team at the car lift. Open insights that build trust.

From customer questions

What this warning light means, when tyres need replacing, whether an electric car needs servicing. Answered briefly and honestly.

An example week.

How Pipeflow could plan a week for you.

Monday: When is the Pickerl due?

A text tile showing where on the inspection sticker (Pickerl) you can see the month of the next roadworthiness test. Many people are unsure about this, and the post is also a reminder to book an appointment with you.

Wednesday: What we check during a service

A photo of a car on the lift with a view of the underside and a short list of what is checked during a service. Customers who know what happens also understand the bill better.

Friday: Wiper blades before the weekend drive

A photo of a cracked wiper blade next to a new one, ideal in autumn or winter. A small, useful tip that shows you think about the little things too.

    Old and new brake disc

A worn brake disc next to a new one. Shows why the replacement was needed.

    Example
On the left, the brake disc we removed today, on the right the new one. You can see the difference, and you can feel it when you brake too. #brakes #garage

    What this light means

A photo of a warning light on the dashboard with a short explanation. Answers a question lots of people google.

    Example
If this symbol lights up, your car is reporting an engine problem. You can often keep driving, but have it read out soon before bigger damage happens.
  3. 03

    The battery in winter

A battery test in the garage. A typical winter topic.

    Example
In the cold, the battery is often the first thing to give up. We test it during the service so you are not left stranded on a frosty morning. ❄️

Tips for car garages.

Show worn parts honestly

A worn tyre or a used up brake next to the new part explains more than any description. Show such parts factually and without embarrassing the driver, and trust grows instead of suspicion.

Say which cars you work on

Customers want to know whether you specialise in one make or work on all of them, and whether electric and hybrid cars are included. Put it in your profile bio and repeat it now and then in posts.

Customer cars only with consent

A distinctive car is recognisable even without a number plate. Ask at collection whether you may show the vehicle, especially with classic or modified cars.

Show courtesy cars and collection

If you offer a courtesy car or a pick up and drop off service, give it its own post. For working people that can be a reason to choose your garage.

How Pipeflow helps.

From your website

Pipeflow reads what you offer and plans posts from it. No website? A few sentences about your business are enough.

With images

Photos from your website, your own photos, AI images or text tiles in your colours.

You approve

Nothing goes out until you approve it. You can edit, ask for a rewrite or pause at any time.

FAQ.

Can Pipeflow remind people about changing tyres in autumn?

Pipeflow plans posts from your services. You can edit any suggestion or have it rewritten so it suits the season, and publish it at the time you want.

Is Pipeflow connected to my garage software?

No. Pipeflow has no connection to garage or till software. It reads your website and uses it to plan posts for Instagram and LinkedIn.

What about number plates in the photos?

You check that yourself before approval. You can swap any image or use your own photo where no number plate can be seen.

Does anyone who just wants a working car care about garage photos?

Most people don't want a technical seminar, but they do want to know whether they can trust you. Clean workstations, a team with faces and clear explanations answer exactly that question. The post doesn't have to excite, it should reassure.

Should I show classic and special cars even if they are rare?

Yes, cars like that stand out in the feed. What matters is that your everyday work stays visible too, otherwise people will think you only do special cases.

Can I rule out certain topics, such as advertising tyre brands?

Yes. If you rate a post with a thumbs down and a short reason, it becomes a rule that Pipeflow follows from then on. You can see the rules in the settings and reset them at any time.

What does Pipeflow cost?

Pipeflow is in its pilot phase. You can try it free.
